Shooting people in public spaces is dicey at best.. nobody seems to know the legalities; is the photographer required to obtain a model release form? Or only if they intend on selling the image? And if the subject is in a public space, does all thoughts of legal ramifications go out the window? Nobody seems to really truly know.

My current collection of photos is entitled Stolen People. As the name suggests, I have snapped the subjects when they were not looking, when their guard is down, when their back is turned – and as such, you do not see the subject’s face, but you do see body language, attitude, posture which led me to wanting to snap them.
